Wow! Time flies! Cannot believe it has been an year already in my new job! As I celebrate my first anniversary, was just reflecting on the successes and stories. What an year it has been with so many learnings! 1. Members/Customers First: We are there to serve them and give them the best 2. Employees are your Differentiator: Invest on people - Engage, Energize and Elevate 3. Focus on Value: While results matter, make sure value is realized 4. Balance Innovation with Operational Excellence: While transformation is important, do not ignore Business as Usual 5. Continuous Learning: Learn relentlessly - at every level irrespective of your role 6. Partnership is key - peers, business & vendors: Together, we could accomplish more, and faster, avoiding duplication And many more. There are three things that bring the best out of people and teams. As I reflect on 2023, it is the faces of people that come to mind. We've done interesting work and helped our clients, which is why we are here. Yet, it's the joy of working in teams of great people that leaps out at me. Nothing gets done, except through people. The teams and culture around us determine just how much impact we can have. Who are you grateful to have worked with this year? How has the spirit in your teams helped you achieve?
