PWC's 27th Annual Global CEO Survey found that 45% of CEOs don't believe their organizations will be viable within 10 years or less. PWC also estimates from their findings that there is a $10 Trillion loss per year by companies due to inefficiencies built into their organizations. With these concerns at the C-suite, your customers have never been more primed for you to act as their trusted advisor. Below are three tips on how you can cut through the noise with your potential customers: 1) Lead with how your products and offerings can drive improvements in their top and bottom-line financial metrics. Your customers' leaders don't have time for cool and trendy. They need results! 2) Now is the time to evaluate your offerings to your customers. Do they drive value and outcomes rapidly? If not, it might be time to refocus your GTM. 3) Your customers' leaders need scalable impact. Think through how your offerings provide outcomes not just on the small scale, but across their organization. Proactively share how you can support the customer on every step of that journey to scale. Are you ready to cut through the noise, and show your customers how you can positively impact their business? Centric Advisory is here to help! #customervalue #growth https://lnkd.in/gtRWDa3D

McKinsey's recent survey of 200 healthcare leaders’ investment priorities in 2024 revealed key insights. Virtual care and patient outcomes hold the top spot, as it should be, emphasizing the universal truth that we all are patients at some point in our lives. Revenue Cycle Management Automation and Back Office Automation are ranked #second in priority. Healthcare leaders emphasize the critical nature of these transformations, citing the need to "meet consumer demands, address workforce challenges, reduce costs, and enhance care quality." It's fascinating to consider the long history of artificial intelligence, which has been evolving since 1956 🤔. This technology didn't emerge overnight. The continuous advancement underscores the importance of trusted partners like UiPath, who have been providing solutions in this area since 2005, aligning with the second-highest priority in healthcare investment.. #healthcare #investmentpriorities #automation #AI #technology

From the Winter 2024 Fortune/Deloitte CEO Survey Insights: "CEOs primarily see Generative AI as a tool to improve efficiency and reduce costs - They are also leveraging the technology to find ways to improve products and encourage innovation and growth." While the hypepalooza continues both from tech bros and the barely informed wall street mavens, serious people continue to address serious challenges to make their customers' lives better. The Deloitte/Fortune survey further finds: "Over half (56%) of respondents rank increase efficiency/productivity and reduced costs as the top benefit they hope to achieve through GenAI, and 58% are already implementing GenAI to automate manual tasks, up from 40% in October 2023, and 45% are using the technologies to reduce business operational costs." At Simplify Healthcare, we are excited about the innovations being fueled by AI in our platform and we are certain that it will help payers address the serious challenges of maintaining growth and enhancing member experience - all while keeping admin costs low.

Could this approach to Smart KPIs work in healthcare? I can see important opportunities here, such as shining a light on "measuring what matters - using smarts to refine your KPIs". Secondary benefits might arise in gaining alignment with leadership, and discovering where your data quality or data density gaps are. A possible challenge to the approach: is one hospital or an IDN's data big enough to discern key differences? It probably depends, as always, on the use case in hand.
