So often, I meet clients who think that their messaging "works" based on their own internal perspectives and expectations. But just because you like to talk about yourself one way doesnโ€™t mean that you should. If itโ€™s not reaching your audience, itโ€™s pointless. You have to intimately understand the unique view of the "trees" that your diverse audiences are trying to climb: ๐๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ aren't looking at care through the lens of clinical studies and med-tech jargon. They crave validation of their personal health journeys, fears, and goals through empathetic, human-centered dialogue. ๐๐ก๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ข๐œ๐ข๐š๐ง๐ฌ can't just be battered with dry cost/benefit analyses without context for the very real operational challenges and life-or-death stakes they grapple with daily. ๐ˆ๐ง๐ฏ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ need more than bold ROI promises and competitive positioning - they demand proof you grasp the macro industry ripples, policy dynamics, and market nuances their firms are evaluating. Crafting one-size-fits-all healthcare messaging is like force-feeding the proverbial tree-climbing advice to every animal in the forest. It completely misses the mark by failing to account for audiences operating with distinct contexts and motivations.
