The start-up phase is exciting but make no mistake, to succeed, you'll work harder than ever before. 😅 Being a part of two start-ups, I can honestly attest to working 10 to 12+ hour days for the last decade. 💪 I learned to be a jack of all trades. 🛠 I set up processes for areas that at first, I didn't have a grid for. 🤔 If the virtual toilets needed cleaning I would do it. 🚽 We would all do what it took to grow. 🏆 Each year felt like two years. Don't let anyone tell you that the time spent being a part of building something great was minimal in the grand scheme. And I wouldn't have had it any other way... 👊 However, I am thankful for seeing this one past the start-up phase, seeing more folks take more and more of the responsibilities off of my plate. 🤝 I have a life now and my loved ones are grateful for everything my hard work has afforded us. ❤️ To those of you in the start-up phase, I honor you and your leaders. Stay the course and enjoy the journey. 😎 #saas #startups #martech
