I started my IBM career in Paid Media. The designers I worked with faced an issue most of us are intimately familiar with: there's just not enough time in the day to get things done. Still, they're often asked to do more, with less. As a result, the demands of the job often comes at the expense of creative exploration. But now, thanks in part to our partnership with Adobe, IBMers can flex their creative muscles in entirely new ways. It's now possible to create detailed and thought-provoking designs—with thousands of variations—in minutes. Combining this capability with technologies such as Dynamic Creative Optimization enables us to test creative performance at a volume we could have only ever dreamed of when I first joined the Paid Media team just 5.5 years ago. Our pilot with Adobe has demonstrated promising results, and signals a significant shift forward in the future of work.
