A message to all PM's who don't know where to start with product discovery: somebody at your company is already talking to your users. It's low-hanging fruit. It doesn't require you to reach out first. Talk to your customer-facing teams, shadow them on calls, discuss your thinking about roadmap features and improvements with them.
