𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞? Everyone here is very passionate about what they do and where the company could potentially head, which is really inspiring. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐑𝐚𝐟𝐭? I was using Navigator in my previous role since 2017. Navigator and LifeRaft have always been consistent in their delivery and quality. So I was already a fan and liked the direction I saw product enhancements heading in and I saw a lot of potential in the product. Probably the biggest thing to me is that every interaction I have had with LifeRaft team members over the years always stuck with me and I felt like I learned a little bit about what the company culture was like and about the people that worked there. That’s something that always stood out to me. 𝐅𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐛𝐛𝐲? I like to DJ and anything outdoors. Time for a New Chapter: Stepping Down from Paxafe Well, this turned out to be a short stint. Like that time I tried out roller derby. Turns out, those ladies hit REALLY HARD. Come to think of it, maybe I should rethink skydiving too. Anyway, after careful consideration, I decided to step down from my role as CRO at Paxafe a week ago. While my initial excitement for the company's potential remains strong, the current direction doesn't fit with my goals. In all seriousness, the future of AI-powered supply chain solutions is bright, and I believe there may be great things in store for Paxafe. I wish them all the best in their continued journey. No hard feelings, but this old dog is headed for new hunting grounds. So, I’m looking forward to reconnecting with new and old friends alike and proving retirement ain't got nothin' on me! As a long-time industry veteran (read that as “Supply Chain OG”), I'll be focused on new opportunities that leverage experience and passion for the supply chain industry. I'm exploring new avenues that align more closely with my goals, and I'm excited to see what the future holds. So, I’ll keep in touch and share updates on my next venture.
