Our team at Callagy Law, under the stewardship of founder Sean R. Callagy, has had an amazing run recently! I could not be more proud and grateful to be celebrating yet another awesome victory - a significant settlement in an employment discrimination lawsuit. Jessica Shapiro and I had the privilege of representing a client who was clearly a victim of unfair treatment. We are so thankful to our client - and to all of our clients in general - for the trust the put in us to influence fair and equitable resolutions, even without the need for litigation. While past performance or history is no guarantee of future success (and the facts of the case matter a lot), the application of the highest level of caring, urgency, and appropriate aggressions is necessary to cause such results to occur. In fact, sometimes all it takes is a telephone call and a letter to create a privileged window. This victory is not just a win for this client, but it signifies a beacon of light for everyone who has ever faced discrimination in the workplace. It reaffirms the fact that every individual deserves to be treated with fairness, respect, and dignity in their professional lives.

In order to consistently reproduce amazing, unique, and effective results for your clients, you must have a Formula. 14 years ago, when I joined my firm and began to be mentored by my now law partner Sean R. Callagy. He taught me a formula - Integrity-based Human Influence - that shows you a process to take people on an emotional journey to open listening, shape thinking, influence results, and get people to say "YES" with absolute integrity. Thank you to Sean, Callagy Law, my entire litigation team, and the UNBLINDED movement. And a special thank you to The National Law Journal for the amazing honor of being listed amongst other amazing Trial Attorneys in delivering a top jury verdict. I also want to thank Shai Mehani with In-House Connect and Moshe Rosenblum-Amsel with Profit with Law and host of the Law Firm Growth Summit for recently hosting me on their platforms. #lawfirm #law #team #trial #triallawyers

Interesting! What do you think? How do you feel on the subject? Personally I don’t find that it’s fair for a strong woman to be labeled “intimidating” for simply being confident. I find a strong woman and/or man to be very inspiring to the contrary & would rather only the “strong” lead me or stand by my side in both my professional and personal life! #strongleaders #strongwomen #strongmen #strongertogether #strongteam

It's always great to work with a great team that produces amazing results!!
Callagy Law Litigation Partner Robert Solomon and Litigation Managing Partner Michael Smikun are excited to share another amazing win! After a multi-day bench trial that was spread over many months, Judge Hudak of the New Jersey Superior Court entered a verdict in favor of Callagy Law's client and re-affirmed a long standing New Jersey legal principle that, “... it is not a breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing simply because a business decision by one individual detrimentally affects another.” We are so thankful for our client's trust and the opportunity to guide him through this process. We are also immensely grateful for our litigation support team who shared in this victory - including Senior Litigation Attorney Jessica Shapiro, Litigation Attorney Andrey U.dalov, and Paralegal Jennifer Cunha. We are thrilled to have been able to deliver on that result, which was particularly important in light of the circumstances that led to the dispute. The case in question concerned the owner of a thriving dental practice, Seidner Dentistry, and a former contract employee of the practice. While the former contract employee never owned any equity in the company, he behaved and wanted to be treated as such. Although he was paid more than double what others in the state were being paid, he wanted even more! This ruling brings an end to an highly contentious and hard-fought litigation that was first filed in 2019. We recognize the importance of this decision, not only for our clients but for all those who may face similar disputes. We remain committed to providing the highest level of legal services to our clients and will continue to seek favorable outcomes in all matters. Sean R. Callagy, Callagy Law, UNBLINDED, Robert Solomon, Robert E. Gill, Inessa Goldman, Brian Williamson. #business #team #law #opportunity #legal #litigation #share #grateful
