A great man once said, “The group interview is, first a simple ‘convenience,’ second it is a device that permits a side-by-side view of contrasts and comparisons, and third it is a highly favorable environment for problem-clarification processes and problem-solving processes to take place.” The deep and meaningful conversations that focus groups provide are the foundation of impactful business decisions. Why July 9th for Global Focus Group Day? This day honors Dr. Saul Ben-Zeev, the author of the above statement and the founder of C+R Research and Fieldwork, whose birthday is today.
