Safety Week 2024 - Reflections from my 11th year supporting and honoring Construction Safety Week My week started in Minneapolis and Eden Prairie, Minnesota where I stopped by to see the major progress on the new SWLRT Line extension. The architectural touches at each station compliment the beautiful natural scenery that is the surrounding area. Next stop landed me in Phoenix, where I was able to capture the tail end of a new transmission line project supporting the neighboring #datacenters and enhancing infrastructure for a very booming area. My mission was to help train and spread awareness on workplace suicide prevention. Using the #VitalCog message, I was able to connect with teams and crews in Minneapolis, MN, Goodyear, AZ, and Casa Grande, AZ. These conversations may not always come easy, but if we keep talking about it, we're sure to help someone along the way. Be a good person and genuinely care about those around you. It's often those simple acts of kindness that mean the absolute world to someone. 💚 Thank you to my sooo many of my gracious Aldridge Electric fam for having me!

Just finished my first coaching experience with the Greenhouse Scholars Young Leaders Program. It was extremely rewarding to work with such talented and driven individuals, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to contribute to their growth and development. The Young Leaders Program provides vital support to Greenhouse Alumni in their first-decade post-college, aiding them in navigating their careers and lives. By backing individuals and ideas with immense potential for positive change, this program is a cornerstone in our quest for lasting community impact. As part of the Greenhouse Community, we all have a role in championing our Young Leaders.
