Agreed. May I do a "Yes, and..."? The best ones are those that go beyond "a target audience" and more into a mindset of building "a fandom". And from my perspective, the best way to do that is two fold: 1. Entertain externally 2. Empathize internally* *Your team/staff/employees/partners are some powerful "megaphones" and crucial for building fandom. Love this post and your consistent reminders/advice, Jeff.
