Then knock them out of the park consistently and learn collectively. 👉 Optimise for energy I ask my team every day: "On a scale of 1 to 5, how energised were you at the end of the day yesterday?" If you see low scores, fix it! High energy teams = kick ass cultures Recap: Culture doesn't have to be difficult. Get shit done, listen to your team, help them get more shit done.
