SISTER ACT IS COMING TO AGGIELAND! This weekend Velda Reina and I watched younger daughter Corinne join older daughter Caroline in qualifying for the 1500 meters event at the USATF Junior Olympics national track championships at Texas A&M. After winning the 3000 meters last weekend, Caroline secured another 1st place finish among 13-14 year olds with a personal record of 4:54. Corinne battled through a nagging injury to place 3rd in the tightly contested 11-12 year old group with a personal record of 5:27. These two girls continue to amaze with their talent, hard work, and toughness. On to nationals and the big Aggieland stage in late July. Gig 'em, Team Reina!

BIG CONGRATULATIONS TO TERRY’S CORE VALUES CHAMPION – JOSE RIVAS! Terry's Landscape LLC proudly recognized Installation Manager Jose Rivas as our Core Values Champion in 2023. FATHER'S DAY PRESENT CAME A LITTLE EARLY! Unbelievable time with 110,905 people at Kyle Field for the George Strait and Parker McCollum concert in Aggieland last night. We broke the record for the largest ticketed concert in the U.S. Created some great memories with my wife Velda Reina, our beautiful kids, my Terry's Landscape HR buddy Tiffany Freeman, Shane W. Long, and numerous Aggie friends. Special thanks to Kent Fowler and Amy Fowler for the pre-concert tailgate hospitality! Gig 'em!

Big shout out goes to our accounting manager Rhonda Goolsby from Desroches Partners and Terry's executive assistant Lindsay Kerr! As Terry's CFO, I made the very wise decisions to A) outsource a major portion of our accounting function to Rhonda & her team in January, and B) hire Lindsay to support our leadership team. Applying Terry's well-defined accounting fundamentals, these two ladies work together fabulously to produce timely, accurate financial statements required for our very rigorous budgeting & variance analysis every month. Thank you, Rhonda & Lindsay. We're lucky to have both of you on the Terry's Team!

TERRY'S LANDSCAPE WELCOMES LINDSAY KERR TO THE FAMILY! Lindsay Kerr joined us today as our new Executive Assistant, after she previously served in a similar role for the City of Katy. CONGRATULATIONS, CAROLINE REINA! Velda Reina and I are incredibly proud of our daughter Caroline for winning two Katy ISD district track titles in the 7th grade 1600 meters (5:19) and 2400 meters (8:29) this week. She broke the school record for both events and also set a new district record in the 2400 meters. Sweetheart, your talent, work ethic, and grit provide you such a bright future, on and off the track. Love you!
