Proud to share and invite community partners to attend North Mountain Medical and Rehabilitation Center’s 7th Flag Celebration! It highlights our company’s highest award for strict excellence in cultural, clinical, and financial performance. So proud of this team (many that have been here for 10-13 years, as we acknowledged today in All Staff), achieving a Perfect Survey in 2023 (continuing a clinical streak of perfect surveys since 2015). They are the best when it comes to serving our community’s respiratory (vent/trach) and dialysis needs!

Truly grateful for our Ensign-Affiliate Family. It is a once-in-a-career opportunity to be a part of a company that is focused on supporting partners, ensuring quality for our patients, and working towards financial sustainability to grow this movement in healthcare by dignifying post-acute care in the eyes of the world. Because of thoughtful caring leaders, this company will be here for all those who are (or have an interest in joining for the right reasons) to make a true impact in healthcare by serving our communities one patient at a time, and supporting our incredible heroes serving throughout all of our facilities. As part of the largest skilled nursing company in the world now, I am grateful to know that it upholds a mission focused on quality and sustainability. Currently, this company is outperforming non-affiliates by 20% on state health inspections. My hope is that more will come to appreciate our sincere desire to improve and be excellent in our delivery of care. I hope that media outlets will strive to share the positive impacts occurring daily here in our complex industry. I hope government leaders will also help to support this industry through reasonable regulation and sustainable funding. We are committed to excellence, and to seek improvement when we fall short by partnering with those that have an interest in supporting post-acute care.
