Remote work changed my life. It’s simple. More rest, less stress. It’s allowing people to be who they are as individuals, whether parents, caretakers, pet owners 🐶 or anything in between. WFH has made me: - Richer - Happier - Healthier - More productive It’s about flexibility and choice. That’s why I love companies like Tango, making it extra easy to learn new processes and onboard employees efficiently (without being in the office). I made a quick tutorial (using Tango!) on how to find 6-figure REMOTE jobs on LinkedIn! What’s your favorite part about remote work? I completely agree. I'm a happier and much more productive employee. After working for years from home, I just can't concentrate on my 2 hybrid days. I'm actually working harder because I do most of my work on my 3 days home. I LOVE quiet. I create and it's impossible to record training, writing content, etc. I eat better, save on gas and less wear and tear on my car, no stress from commute but the bigger benefit is I'm happier working from home. For years I proved I can work from home with high productivity and employees actually got immediate attention with very few if any distractions.
Remote work is a game-changer. It's not just about convenience, it's about reclaiming our lives. We're seeing a shift in work culture that values results over face time. This trend is here to stay, reshaping how we think about productivity and work-life balance. The freedom to work from anywhere is transforming careers and lives. It's allowing people to design their ideal lifestyle, whether that's living in a different city or spending more time with family. This flexibility is creating happier, more fulfilled workers.
Mid level managers don't like it 😒 😐 go back and upskill not iur problem
What about ping pong tables Jean? Isn't having a ping pong table worth waking up 2 hours earlier, doing the 1 hour commute each way, paying for parking or public transport, and paying for an expensive downtown lunch?
For some, for me it was too much. There's something great about coming into the office and working side by side with my colleagues. Perhaps, I'm old school, but ideas get exchanged, work gets done, and days fly...usually. I am hybrid and appreciate my wfh days as well as the days I get to spend with my colleagues.
One tip I've found helpful is creating a dedicated workspace at home - it helps me mentally shift into "work mode" while still enjoying the comforts of home. What do you think about this? Jean Kang
REMOTE WORK ALL DAY EVERY DAY!!!!
Is there a way to scream this from the mountain top?
I’m currently looking for a remote job!
