👏 We are ONE. Today we announced the completion of the merger between Orange Romania & Orange Romania Communications. I am so proud of this major achievement, a priority since the very first days of my mandate. No matter how hard I pushed for this to happen as fast as possible, this is definitely a joint effort. The vision and the strategy for convergence are the merit of the Orange Group teams, led by Christel Heydemann and Mari-Noëlle Jégo-Laveissière, while Liudmila Climoc kept the story going since the beginning. Thank you for your full support and dedication. I must thank also the Romanian Government and Bogdan Ivan, Minister of Research, Innovation, and Digitalization, for their trust. This is a strong foundation for building better connectivity services for all Romanians. The road up to this milestone wasn’t always smooth. We worked long hours and we still have a lot to accomplish. I can see the daily efforts of my colleagues in Romania, thousands of people who rethink processes, find creative ways to implement them and to transform two companies into one. Chapeau bas to all the teams of the new Orange Romania! I know you are capable of more amazing achievements! Most importantly, I thank all our customers for their trust, patience and understanding. The way ahead is now clear, and we will concentrate all our efforts on delivering an improved experience for all of you, while getting even closer to our main objective of becoming the preferred choice for convergent services in Romania. 4wDomnule Ducarroz, Înțeleg că doriți să împărtășiți entuziasmul fuziunii și viziunea dumneavoastră optimistă pentru viitorul Orange România. Mi-aș dori să pot sărbători alături de dumneavoastră această realizare și să cred în promisiunea unui viitor mai bun. Din păcate, pentru mine și alți colegi, această imagine idilică nu reflectă realitatea. În timp ce dumneavoastră vorbiți despre unitate și realizări comune, unii dintre noi se simt ignorați, exploatați și umiliți. Departamentul meu, și nu numai, a devenit un loc în care presiunea excesivă, hărțuirea și abuzurile sunt la ordinea zilei. În loc să fim încurajați și sprijiniți, suntem reduși la tăcere și amenințați. Am semnalat aceste probleme în urmă cu mai bine de o lună, dar până acum nu am primit decât promisiuni vagi și tergiversări. Vă îndemn să priviți dincolo de această imagine de succes și să luați în serios suferința angajaților dumneavoastră.
