The new year has just arrived and nobody seems s͟l͟i͟g͟h͟t͟l͟y͟ ͟interested in hugging, cheering, kissing or even toasting the new year. 😱
Just filming.
Perhaps they are showing off to their friends that they're there. Except that they're not "present" there. What's the point?
Rewatching a video, later on, will not be as empowering and heart-warming as reliving a good memory. How did we end up here?🥺
We clearly have a problem, and we must solve it NOW.
I see this human disconnection as one of the most significant and urgent issues we must solve.
How can we "save the planet", let alone disadvantaged people if we cannot even connect to each other in happy moments? If all we care about is filming to the point that we forget to "live"?
Steve Jobs wanted to revolutionise the way we communicate. I doubt this is what he had in mind.

....aaaand this is why deduplication and optimization storage techniques, balanced always-on self sufficient service arch, monitoring workloads and use cases accepted and financed by champion risky stakeholders are needed.
We must be sharp at managing that level of personal interest of our customer, but we must be smart at index or reference it to create the value expected.
Imagine the amount of power consumed by all people and artifacts... some times the reality seems too absurd.
Do you see any value on filming it, if all people (I bet the next one will send each other even if they were at the same event next each other) attended this and filming it the image is closely the same and perspective?
How much storage do you think was consumed? while filming it, and while sharing it among platforms and the post-buzz.. Lots and lots of wasted power just for share the "my money paid this".
Do you believe that we could create a digital twin of that event based with all video and images information registered? Simulate a drone perspective without a drone?
Is better to think use those projects on human activity for the benefit, like the same gps, image or phone buzz in a mesh in and around of a collapsed building to find life patterns.
It's possible, just find a pourpose, people with money and free time. I will help you.
and as many actual stuff... but why?

Something to reflect.... It seems there are more people filming that hugging, kissing each other or cheering happy new year!
Every day seems to be more people paying more attention and importance to film and show up where they are and where they have been so they can either re-play the moment later in their life or can get more clicks of "like", rather than living and enjoying the present moment.
Does it sound familiar to you?
Living the present moment, hugging, kissing and cheering help our brain to release oxytocin, a neurochemistry that helps us to reduce #stress and increase #wellbeing. Waiting for a "like" is social media instead help our brain to release dopamine, which even thought dopamine make us feel rewarded and motivated the fact is that constant dopamine create demotivation, addiction and compromise wellbeing .
#technology is to be use wisely.

As we ushered in the new year, I couldn't help but notice a shift in the way we celebrated. The ubiquitous screens capturing every moment seemed to overshadow the genuine connections that make celebrations truly special.
Where is the happiness, the cheerfulness, the get-togethers, the hugs, and the face-to-face interactions that define joyous occasions? Have we entered a realm of major disconnection, witnessing the downfall of humanity? Or is this the inflection point for the rebirth of something bigger and better?
It's time to ponder our awareness and the level of consciousness we bring to such moments. Are we fully present, or are we consumed by the digital lens?
Let's collectively question and introspect. How high is our level of consciousness in these times?
Share your thoughts on the evolving dynamics of celebrations and the impact on human connections. Are we on the brink of a new era, a shift towards a more profound and meaningful existence?

🍋🗞️ Who else had a lemonade stand or newspaper route when they were kids?
Growing up in a small suburb, kids always did things like this. So when I had my own lemonade stand, or went on my own paper route, I didn't see it as anything extraordinary.
Little did I know, these are not common practices in other countries.
In the video below, Jorge Branger explains how in the United States, entrepreneurship is taught through these mini "start-ups" at a very young age.
And I couldn't agree more.
For those of you who have kids, let them put up a lemonade stand. Not only is it fun, but at the end of the day, it has the ability to teach many important lessons.
