We're proud to share that Calexico Gateway Center was recently named Imperial Valley's Project of the Year by the Imperial Valley Economic Development Corporation (IVEDC). Our San Diego team is providing master planning, architectural and interior design, and branding services for the industrial and commercial center in Calexico, CA. The project spans 120 acres including and aims to set a new standard in sustainable industrial development in the region. Our team designed the campus and buildings which feature four state-of-the-art buildings totaling 355,000 SF complete with speculative tenant improvements, each designed to maximize water efficiency, energy conservation, resource management and employee wellbeing. Our Chicago team provided interior architecture and design, and branding services for Analytics8’s relocated office space in downtown Chicago. The new space was designed around physical movement to represent data transformation, the core service Analytics8 delivers to its clients. Through movement, the design of the new office space represents Analytic8’s everyday creativity, energy, and passion. A focal feature of the space is the work café which incorporates patterned millwork, chevron flooring, and curved lighting to illustrate visual movement. A variety of collaboration areas are strategically positioned throughout the open workstations and office environment so employees can quickly huddle up and begin idea generation and sharing. Our Nashville team is proud to be offering civil engineering, architectural and interior design and branding services for two industrial buildings on 42.89 acres in Gallatin, TN. Currently our civil engineering team is providing grading plans for both parcels. Additional infrastructure improvements include adding turn lanes along the street frontage, relocating an existing sewer main and relocating an existing water main. With an 80’ feet elevation change across the property, the project required approximately 50,000 cubic yards of earthmoving. #WMNashville #WMSoutheast #WMCivil

Our Chicago office is providing interior architecture and design services for an office-to-residential multifamily conversion at 79 W. Monroe in downtown Chicago. Our team’s work on 79 W. Monroe is one of four projects, which will transform and reshape Chicago's historic banking corridor. The key design feature of the building is an exterior roof top amenity deck to serve the tenants of the building. Director, Interior Architecture & Design, Mark Schwamel, FAIA, shares, “Ware Malcomb is excited to be designing this adaptive reuse project at 79 W. Monroe.
