It is with great excitement that we announce our latest speculative industrial development project, TriPoint Distribution Center. TriPoint, located at the intersection of Route 460, I-295, and I-95 in Prince George County, VA, will be a standalone, 347,760 square-foot, 36' clear cross-dock distribution facility. The project’s location will offer exceptional access to Central Virginia's primary transportation routes and robust labor force, with easy access to all of The Port of Virginia terminals. The project, to be built by our long-time construction partner, ARCO Design/Build, will break ground this July and will be ready for occupancy in the Summer of 2025.
