"What do you do?" We do customer service. It's interesting to read about some of the early days of some of the great companies that have spanned a century or more. Did you know that Sony started with no product or service? They started with a vision and formed a business, THEN starting looking for a product to sell. One of the first ideas was to sell sweetened bean soup! We started in the landscape space because that's what we know. But we are here to express our vision of creating an excellent service experience for our clients. "Relentlessly Pursuing Excellence" What company do you love doing business with because of the experience that they create?

Giving your customers support is only a small part of what customer service entails. Today's businesses must consider each interaction a customer has with their brand, both online and offline. Both negative and positive contributions from customers have an impact on the business; they have the potential to grow or destroy a brand. Therefore, thoughtful interactions with clients are usually appreciated and go a long way. It is imperative to engage with customers in ways that make them most comfortable. #customerservice #customercare #customerexperience #investopedia
