Chairman, President & CEO at Lockheed Martin

I recently joined our F-35 team in Fort Worth and got to see the innovative work done here and speak with some of the greatest aeronautics experts in the world. For more than 30 years, Lockheed Martin has been proud to be part of Fort Worth, and we look forward to our continued partnership with this community.

This is great post for many reasons, but what struck chord with me the most is your appreciation of your workforce and giving them the credit where needed, unlike some others CEOs who pretend that all the great work is being done by themselves and it’s so hard to get to know the folks behind the innovation and breakthroughs involved for enabling a great product.

Nice! Over two generations of my family worked for Lockheed in Georgia. Go Skunkworks (:>

Jim Taiclet It's inspiring to see the innovative work and advanced engineering taking place at Lockheed Martin. The dedication and expertise of your team in pushing the boundaries of aeronautics are truly commendable. However, it is also important to acknowledge the dual nature of such advancements. While the technological strides are impressive, we must be mindful of the ethical implications and the potential for these innovations to contribute to destruction. Balancing technological progress with responsible use is crucial for ensuring a positive impact on global peace and security.

#trabalhopelapaz 🙏⚡🕯️📖✈️🛫🛬🚀🚁

Congrats! I am from Fort Worth and have worked for Lockheed in other locations a number of times over the years as a consultant on projects like the C130J, C27J, F22, etc. They do great things for our country and I am proud to have been a part of some of those things!
