Hey Texas… We are open for business in Illinois. Our Governor (Pritzker) just launched a multi-year bipartisan $41 Billion “Build and Repair Infrastructure” program. While Governor Greg Abbott spends his time flying asylum seeking refugees to other states, his self-proclaimed “Energy Capital of the World” is broken, and millions of his residents are without power in both the summer and winter due to poor infrastructure, lack of planning and climate change denial. It may be a bit cold in our winters, but surely your cowboys can survive a bit of snow? Our Governor just signed the Healthcare Protection Act, and will fight tooth and nail to protect a woman’s right to choose. He also just announced a $100,000,000 privately funded community violence prevention initiative. Oh… and he did all of this while signing a sixth consecutive balanced budget. Tired of all the Big Hat & No Cattle Greg Abbott excuses? Come on up!!! The water is nice… and so is our air conditioning and running water.

Attacking someone else with false and untrue assertions is political. Before throwing negative aspersions on Texans, suggest you take a long hard look in the mirror. History will prove that Pritzker may be one of the worst policy makers in your cities history. Truly sad what he's done with such a great American city.

As the great Michael Jordan once said, “Republicans buy sneakers, too,”. I have never and will never mix politics with business. You never know who you might make upset, or what possible deals you might could lose because of it. Also, you have way to much faith in what politicians say OR what they are supposedly “doing”! 😂

Yes, everyone who reads LinkedIn posts for essential life advice, please follow this counsel and move your family and finances to Illinois. The weather is extraordinary, the income tax is awesome, the civil-service pension funds will someday be solvent, and the social cohesion is unbelievable--especially in the Windy City.

Better off picking on CA and NY
