Great to see the 2023 PRIA/RCG Agency Benchmark results supporting specific action from industry. For more on the plans for a client-agency charter and some key industry benchmark results, you can read below.

This is also a problem when we start hearing only specific people or group given status of "experts" and being the only ones the media gives time to, even on things they technically shouldn't be talking about just usually because they have PhD and a good PR system to get access to being the only voice and hence only "experts" and most of the time they are just talking from merely academic and theoretical viewpoint not from any real practical experience. They easily start becoming a mouthpiece of certain sector under the false claim of being unbiased experts. They don't highlight unbiased solutions or give unbiased assessment. But they are posturing for specific purpose or sector and not being partial at all. We have some in the energy and water crisis we are facing. Not necessarily interested or genuinely concerned but playing to the gallery.
