Kynship has visibility into $400,000,000 of paid spend. With it, we crafted a 5-Step Growth Process for ecommerce brands that's reduced CAC by 23% on average. Here's the playbook: 1) Before making a single piece of creative or writing a single line of copy, determine your unit economics (per SKU and per offer). This helps set ambitious but attainable goals while forecasting future spend and profit. 2) Use different SKU's unique unit economics and contribution margin to create monthly forecasts. We do this by engineering forecasts based on two years of brand data, seasonality, and future spend analysis. From there, we forecast advertising spend, aMER, LTV, OpEx, and more to paint the most accurate picture we can for the client's brand. I strongly recommend doing something similar. 3) Variety is oxygen for ad campaigns. Especially on Meta. Craft a plan to create and collect enough content for 4x-monthly creative refreshes. This spans UGC, CGC, and influencer seeding as well as branded assets. We recommend 40% static / 60% video, with 50% product- and 50% human-forward creative. 4) If you aren't disciplined and organized in your campaigns, you shouldn't run them. If you're running campaigns yourself and want outsized results, prepare to spend a lot of time in Ads Manager. That's why each Kynship client gets a dedicated campaign manager and Slack integration. 5) Make weekly and monthly updates to the forecast from Step 1 and 2. Let's be real: just because it's in a spreadsheet doesn't make it true. But, updating the forecast diligently gives you the opportunity to make it true (which we do at our agency).
