Below are probable reasons on why you are not getting promoted 1. You are NOT operating at the next level 2. You are doing low impact work 3. Your work is NOT visible beyond your team members 4. You haven’t invested in building relationships with seniors 5. You don’t do anything beyond your assigned tasks 6. You lack soft skills like communication, problem solving, decision making 7. You are not as good as you think you are 8. You don’t understand the rules of the game 9. You struggle to see the bigger picture 10. You feel entitled and don’t work hard 11. You lack self awareness 12. You are NOT able to work with others 13. You think and operate in silos 14. You are NOT promoting yourself enough 15. Your manager and peers don’t trust you 16.
