The Federal Trade Commission has just adopted a final rule effectively prohibiting the use of nearly all non-compete clauses. The rule is also retroactive, meaning that if and when it becomes effective, it will invalidate pre-existing non-compete provisions in agreements to which employers are parties. https://lnkd.in/gDT734r4
