1st test video of our pneumatic submersible Ghost Scooper Mixer Prototype during Atlas Copco North America visit! The Ghost Scooper Mixer unit depicted in this video is operating only 22% of it’s full capacity. Our shop compressor air flow is just 9 SCFM @ 90 psi and this unit operates at a 100% max capacity with 40 SCFM of compressed air flow. I will need a little bigger compressor, a stronger mechanical support (not my hand), a wet-suit and a bigger tank to test it at full maximum capacity! Everyone had the chance to test and get a little wet while testing the forces behind our new pneumatic technologies! The Scooper Pump, Scooper Mixer and our CAT-5 Jet propulsion dry powder dissolution pumps. Thanks Peter Muirhead and Christopher Hof for flying to my island showing interest in our innovative adventures and your constant support towards PolyGhost’s developments. We appreciate it! We generated and discussed some important calculations. They revealed that our new Ghost Scoopers Dry Sludge Distribution Robots can be driven with #atlascopco rotary air motors. This means that our customers can select between electric or pneumatic driven Ghost Scoopers. Regarding our Pneumatic Submersible Scooper Pumps and Mixers… we can go bigger in size and we can even fabricate a submersible Scooper pump that will fit inside your pocket! Endless possibilities in the horizon! We reviewed what is behind our electric and pneumatic PolyGhost Octopus Dosimix pumps and at the same time they had the chance to see a new electric Octopus Ghost Rak GR2 liquid polymer activation skid going to a wwtp in the west side of the island. Turning everything upside down. The HEICO-TEC® Tension Nut installed in this press from a leading german hydraulic press manufacturer holds the press frame firmly together. As shown in the picture below, the assembly took partially place in an upside-down position. This extraordinary assembly was mastered without any challenges, the customer reported positively. The HEICO-TEC® Tension Nut ensured a controllable and precise preload was achieved and thus contributes significantly to a longer service life of the press.
