Congratulations to our final 2024 Lynda A. Merriman Award Winner for Compassionate Care, Julia Kelly, Physical Therapy Assistant! It’s not uncommon to see Kelly sitting on the floor with patients, tissues in hand, as patients talk about their struggles. Kelly is quick with a hug and words of encouragement, and she often makes it clear to colleagues and patients that she thinks about them even when she’s not with them.

Highly recommended and easy!
When we look at the end user - our patient, can we really say the in-network experience compares to out-of-network? Comparing to a deductible plan, in-home physical therapy may only cost $50 more per visit, and you get the convenience, privacy, and time with the provider throughout the plan of care that you can't match at an in-network clinic. Here I share my thoughts on the value proposition many patients are seeing clear as day.

We are thrilled to welcome Jayson Keener, PA-C, to our brand new state-of-the-art facility in Milford, OH! We recently had the chance to learn more about Jayson's background, approach, and what led him to become a board-certified physician assistant. We asked Jayson about his approach to treating patients, "I always start by thinking, 'If this was a member of my family, how would I want someone to take care of them?' This perspective allows me to build relationships with the patient and their family, which I believe most often leads to better outcomes." Learn more about Jayson here! https://bit.ly/3Tk8VhV

Running a growing physical therapy practice comes with inevitable disorder. Without strong systems and processes, patient care, staff coordination, and even your own life can become chaotic. In our latest video, we dive into the law of entropy - the principle that all systems inevitably move toward disorder if left unchecked. He explains: • How entropy shows up in your business as you scale patient volume • The 10% rule - expect 10% disorder as your patient count grows • Overcoming entropy through vision, energy, and intentional leadership Want to learn strategies to beat entropy and build an enduring, smooth-running practice?
