Golden opportunity with the new EU requirements 💡 The EU's final exemption for the sale and production of fluorescent and compact fluorescent lamps is nearing its end, which means that end users will soon need to make a change in their lighting systems. This presents a golden opportunity to optimize the lighting, offering a swift return on investment for the customer. While immediate replacements may not be required, it's smart to plan for the day when old fluorescent tubes become obsolete. “We strongly advise against trying to insert new LED light sources into old luminaires. There is so much that can go wrong that I would not even describe it as a quick fix. Dear Urbanista I have a big problem with your flagship solar powered headphones that no one in your company wants to acknowledge. In September 2023 I purchased the pair pictured below. You guarantee them for 12 months. After 5 months of very light use, one speaker has stopped working. I contacted support@urbanista several times by mail. I have received no response. I contacted Nino Titoric, Director of Global Sales, via this platform, but have heard nothing. Given the price of this item and your quality and innovation claims, this is most disappointing. Magnus Wistam you have only recently taken over as CEO, but I am certain that you would be unhappy to hear how very poor your after sales and customer care operations are. Mårten Sahlén I am sure that as Product Director when you are designing products, you don't mean them to last less than 6 months? If so, you wont sell many units going forwards based on the performance I have experienced. Whilst, given the evidence of non-response thus far, I might be a fool to give you the benefit of the doubt Urbanista. However, I am still prepared to accept an offer of a repair under warranty from you, or a replacement pair. If that happens, I will be happy to let those on social media who are interested in this product, and Urbanista products in general, that you have fixed it, as you guaranteed you would. Equally, if you do not respond, or do not fix the issue, I will be most happy again to share on social media reasons not to buy your products. I really hope the answer lies in the former.
