In the recent years I have learned so much about how our architects takes a bird's-eye view of the city and considers many different aspects for the design of new developments. 🛣️As part of the technical evaluation, our urban planner examines land use, existing water and electrical networks, as well as civil infrastructure. The environment is gloomy in the residential building construction sector. Higher interest rates have impaired consumer demand and we do not anticipate volume recovery before 2025. Construction Management is seen by some as the 'build' component of a complex process. This view couldn't be further from the truth. Construction Management embraces the entire process from inception to the end of useful life of the built asset. CIOB membership embraces this complex and broad definition as illustrated below.

🛠 Bulgaria’s economy is expected to lose momentum in 2023 that will translate to a lower, yet positive growth in 2024.
