After thorough analysis I realised that there are two basic and fundamental structural defects in the constitution of UN which are 1. Veto Power System for the permanent members of the security council of UN. Since there is a body of all stakeholders in the form of General Assembly wherein all member- countries of the UN are represented there is absolutely no need of Security Council to accept or reject the resolutions passed by General Assembly. As such Security Council should be dissolved forthwith. 2. All member countries of UN are not signatory to the Rome statute consequently some countries are not under the International Criminal Court (ICC) whereas all the member countries have to be under the jurisdiction of ICC so that peace prevails in the world. . Due to these defects America has made a mockery of the UN as it is reduced to a puppet in the hands of the America. Consequently America with some allies have invaded several Muslim countries like Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya and looted several countries then leaving these countries after the loot is complete. Presently America with the help of Israel (both countries are not under the jurisdiction of ICC) is demolishing, doing cold blooded mass murders, devastation, destruction , displacement, ethenic cleansing, murder especially of children and women and genocide and the whole world including the UN have to be mute spectators of all this and nobody has the powers to question them because of these defects in the constitution of UN. More than seven decades have passed by but the above-mentioned defects in the constitution of UN were not rectified. Non-rectification of these defects has created a very grave situation as instead of peace maintaining organisation UN became a weapon of blackmailing and means of invading and looting the rich countries by some countries which were having the veto power also besides these countries were not signatory to the Rome statute consequently these countries were not under the jurisdiction of ICC. As the result these countries became law per se and virtually became terrorist countries of the world because they were not answerable to any forum for whatever they do. Now the climax of lawlessness has reached in Palestine where total devastation, destruction, cold blooded mass murders, genocide, ethenic cleansing, kidnapping and rape of innocent and unarmed civilians is being done and the whole world including UN have to be mute spectators because of the basic and fundamental defects in the constitution of UN have not been rectified. This is the highest time these defects are rectified by the General Assembly. Let General Assembly wake up after decades of slumber and rectify the defects as proposed above..

This is very expected outcome as the history has a memory and what goes around comes around. Now France tells the rest of the colonial west to realize their historical mistakes specially that the former colonies in the global south, e.g. Africa, has spoken out loudly. Frace understood from their experience in Algeria that there is only one path for peace, security, freedom and justice. The Algerian War, the Algerian Revolution or the Algerian War of Independence was a major armed conflict between France and the Algerian National Liberation Front (FLN) from 1954 to 1962. An important decolonization war and a complex conflict characterized by guerrilla warfare and war crimes. It has caused the deaths of between 400,000 and 1,500,000 Algerians, 25,600 French soldiers and 6,000 Europeans. War crimes committed included massacres of civilians, rape, and torture of Algerians. The French destroyed over 8,000 villages and relocated over 2 million Algerians to concentration camps. Upon independence in 1962, 900,000 European-Algerians (Pieds-noirs) fled to France within a few months in fear of the FLN's revenge (https://lnkd.in/dJDjVVat). It isn’t any more about ‘IF’ Israel has to give up its failing experiment in the Occupied Palestinian Territories. It is ‘WHEN’, the sooner the better, before it is too late for the sake of survival as Israel is already a pariah state. Israel’s hostile attitude not only in the Occupied Palestinian Territories ‘OPT’ but also with its neighbors as well as its insistence not to listen to the world community what regards following the legal and judicial obligations towards the Palestinians.The scale of crimes by Israel in the Occupied Palestinian Territories ‘OPT’ can be compared with what happened in Algeria but with much more cruelty and violence. What else can we expect? The world is getting an unprecedented attention to the Palestinian Cause and we are experiencing huge trends in world politics against the ongoing crimes in the Occupied Palestinian Territories ‘OPT’ arising from the apartheid system, ethnic cleansing and genocide in the ‘OPT’.

Inspired by a follower who asked me to remove the European flag from my profile, in reaction to a specific post on Palestine... I have covered 3500 km on foot with the European flag since 2019. We are obviously not all “European” or “pro-European” in the same way. What I stand for are European values, human dignity, freedom, democracy, equality, the rule of law and human rights, which I consider universal and not privileges. What I expect is for the EU to honor these values, regardless of political party, within the Union and internationally. As a European and a human, I believe that supporting current Israeli actions towards Palestinian civilians betrays European values and goals, compromises the peace and security of all, as well as our credibility and honor. These terrible events also highlight the weaknesses of our Western democracies in terms of freedom of expression, the right to demonstrate, freedom and independence of the press, police violence... The European flag doesn't belong to a political party! It's yours and mine. Does the Union Jack belong to the Tories? Are non-Conservatives less British than Conservatives? All the figures from the presidential elections of the Islamic Republic are multiples of 3, a crude method to triple the number of voters without altering the proportions, which has a very low probability of occurring naturally. 📍This would mean that in reality, only 12% of the people participated in these elections, not counting the null votes. 📍This is the third election in four years where the voter turnout does not exceed 15%, despite the promises, the distribution of cash, and ballot stuffing. What organization is the UN? Why is it that with the rejection of an American state, Palestine cannot become an independent state? Every country should have voting rights in the eyes of the world. The Palestinian state was rejected even though the Palestinians established a state on their own land. On the other hand, the state of Israel was approved to establish a state on Palestinian land. Will a new Palestinian state be established after Israel is destroyed? Or is it necessary to establish another world organization besides the UN where all countries have equal voting rights?
