We are thrilled to shine a well-deserved light on Tiffany Jones, our Benefits Manager, for June’s employee spotlight series! Tiffany has been a critical part of #TeamIPTA, helping employees access the benefits needed to live their best lives – both personally and professionally. She is proud to stand as a passionate advocate for everyone in the company at all levels. This passion has made Tiffany a staple of our team that we could not be more grateful to have aboard! Her role as Benefit Manager at IPTA has allowed Tiffany the opportunity to learn new skills and how to utilize technologies including HRIS, build deep relationships with the team, and of particular pride – make a positive difference for employees who may be facing personal challenges and need guidance navigating the available resources. One of her most memorable experiences since joining IPTA was starting a company book drive in 2023 which has already seen 138 books delivered across 3 underserved schools! Further exemplifying Tiffany’s selflessness, as a part of her spotlight she shared three insightful pieces of advice for those in similar roles: 1. Make lists – benefits can be overwhelming if you don’t have a list to remind you of what you need to do. 2. Ask for help when you need it – sometimes state laws and company guidelines differ – ask so you know that you are providing the correct information. 3. Have fun! Seriously!
