As we begin to plan for The Academy to return in 2025 we are please to announce that Frank Buscemi, CEO at MBE Group in Detroit will be the new Head Lecturer. Frank has been a dedicated mentor for the last two programs and we're excited for him to share his enthusiasm and knowledge with next years students. "This is a great opportunity and I’m very appreciative to be able to work with the next generation of leaders in our industry. The IPREX Academy has done a great job in exposing participants to all the relevant aspects of managing an agency and has provided a solid environment for networking and learning. Equal treatment of women and minorities in Denmark is not as strong as it might seem. In the global ranking of gender equality, Denmark holds an unimpressive 23rd place, while all other Nordic countries are in the top 5. Additionally, 84% of ethnic minority Danes report experiencing prejudice or discrimination in various societal areas, including public spaces, the labor market, healthcare, and education.
