Just funded this solid 3/2 in Winter Park! We are funding 100% Rehab and my client put extra money down to lower his interest only payments Repeated client... After the first one, he came back to me saying that he likes to "marry" his business partners if we do good businesses I guess I'm taken now... lol I walked the house with him after closing and bring a couple of Modelo's to cheer and talk about business and future goals 🍻 I pray every day for all my business partners to succeed in their endeavors, and this is paying off for me in a BIG way God is good 🙏 Happy weekend & happy Father's Day!!!

Just funded a Ground-up construction in Orlando right by Goldenrod and Curry Ford (10 min from my house) My client got a steal for this lot, he bought it for under $30k!! I was able to fund 85% of the construction budget and refi the lot so the borrower didn't put a penny down! Two closings yesterday and twice as excited for my borrowers These two deals were pushed for a couple of weeks due to some title issues, I'm glad that all parties involved were working hard to cross the finish line! Takeaway from this deal in Cali: I'm pushing my business hours to 9PM ET since is only 6PM PT I'm trying to Outwork, Outlast and Outcompete everybody in this industry...
