The site is structured around (1) thrive areas and (2) how to improve. Content is based on links to existing services and resources - websites, groups, apps, tools, podcasts, videos, courses etc. What is lacking in the site is a personalised Thrive dashboard that brings all the personal stuff we have in our accounts in bookmarked folders on browsers or paper files into one place. Personalised dashboards are increasingly common in online accounts. This is part of our ongoing effort to enhance care delivery by making communication between staff and patients easier. 💡 Dr. Vin Diwakar of NHS England notes significant cost reductions and enhanced patient convenience as key benefits, with these advantages set to grow as new features are added. The App's 34 million users (and counting), illustrates its critical role in our health system.
