Last week, EDOCR and the Civil Rights Data Collection team released the last report (shown below). It's a lucky 13! Intelligence Federal placed 13th in the category of companies with 50-249 employees in the Washington Business Journal's list of Best Places to Work! We enjoyed the awards event last week and are excited to continue supporting our employees and government clients.

Four years and counting! We're glad to have John McKay on our team at Intelligence Federal. Our company motto is to “Work hard and be good to people.” That doesn’t just apply to our federal agency clients – we endeavor to make the employee experience a great one. But don’t just take it from us. Here’s what John has to say about working with IF. 

We are excited for this new year and the possibilities that it brings! Last year was fun. We met up with many of our team members in person—some for the first time post-pandemic! Together, we enjoyed many a meal and our summer outing at TopGolf. We also connected with new government clients as the company continues to grow.   In 2024, we hope to continue building on our current relationships, both with our employees and our clients.   Happy New Year from the team at Intelligence Federal!
