I never know if I can pull or if I need to push deals at the EOQ The typical norm of getting a single plane view on deal progress and rep performance is so 2023 Being reliant on reps "interpretation" and gut checks on where the deal sits based on conversations they had is like asking my 2 year old where theres a boo-boo Good luck Salesroom is bringing a 3D view into reps performance, deal health, customer engagement, and so much more Create at custom "View" whether its focused on team performance during discos vs demos, a specific deal you've been working, or a pulse check on quarterly deal progressions Stop letting your forecasting calls start with "I feel like..." #sales
