I was recently honoured to attend Chipr's first leadership conference, along with Joel Rackham and Justin McKeown.
Here are five key lessons I gained from the conference that incorporate their values of sincere integrity, self-discipline, solidarity, positive spirit, and simplicity:

3. Vulnerable Leadership (Positive Spirit): Leadership marked by openness and vulnerability cultivates a positive spirit. It encourages a culture where seeking help and trusting others are seen as strengths, enhancing team cohesion and happiness.
4. Creative Process (Simplicity): Embracing simplicity in discussions and brainstorming sessions—without immediate pressure for solutions—fosters creativity. This approach allows innovation to emerge from clear and focused minds.
5. Growth and Collaboration (Self-Discipline): Commitment to growth through active listening and diverse thinking requires self-discipline. It fosters a shift from a mindset of scarcity to one of abundance, enhancing collaboration and collective achievement.
Incorporating these values, the conference highlighted the importance of integrity, unity, leadership, innovation, and a disciplined approach to growth.
Well that's a wrap! The first annual Chipr 2024 leadership conference was an absolute SUCCESS! Why was it successful? Well to name a couple reasons:
