If you are responsible for setting up the operations of your outbound sales activation plays, how are you tracking which plays work best? I am considering having our team enroll all of our outbound plays into a HubSpot Sequence, even though the plays are primarily 1:1 personalized outreach. The main reason is we will be able to see at a high level which plays are directly creating meetings Which sources result in consistent opens/click-throughs. And which sources result in the most positive replies. Seeing at a high level month over month which sales activation plays are consistently delivering quality opportunities seems like something that a HubSpot Sequence can do very well. And I haven't heard of other people using sequences as a way to track how good an outbound source it. So how are you currently tracking the effectiveness of your outbound, sales activation plays?

What happeneds under the hood: 👉 Add leads 👉 Track my conversation starter 👉 How many times I've reached out 👉 When I last reached out 👉 When my next reach out is Stick to a similar conversation starter message for 20-30 leads . Before trying something different. This way you can see what gets better responses. Double down on what's working. By similar I mean personalize script structure. Do personalize it. Use voice message or video. Track and iterate.
