🍃🌱🪴 It’s time for your organization to grow. Your organization admittedly should have been more intentional about DEI before now, but it’s not too late. 🍃🌱🪴 2024 is yet another U.S. Presidential year — meaning, difference, power, privilege, disagreement and debate will be at an all-time high against the backdrop of an already loud world. Empathy, compassion, understanding, and dialogue may be in short supply. 🍃🌱🪴 Make sure your organization is on the path of awareness, grappling, growth, and leadership when it comes to all-things DEI. Gold Enterprises, LLC is now booking for the entirety of 2024 and into early 2025. 🍃🌱🪴 Whether it’s celebratory or commemorative months, ongoing professional development and training, or simply holding space for tough dialogues with a skilled professional, we can support your needs or connect you with one of our trusted colleagues within the DEI industry who can meet your needs. 🍃🌱🪴 No last minute DEI scrambling. No DEI afterthoughts. Time to grow intentionally. https://lnkd.in/dXBJXaX #diversity #equity #inclusion

Researcher | Published Author | Keynote Speaker | Authentic leader operationalizing brand values for alignment & inclusivity
The political landscape and discourse have threatened diversity, equity, and inclusion programs across multiple industries. However, breakthrough research by the Korn Ferry Institute (KFI) in partnership with the Global Black Economic Forum reveals a different trend. Companies are ramping up efforts to support underserved communities and are strengthening their DE&I departments. Our recent study led by JT Saunders, Korn Ferry, and the research team at the KFI, revealed a promising trend: the most innovative organizations are deeply integrating DE&I into their business models and seeing positive growth and success as a result. 👏🏼 Here are just three ways organizations can integrate DE&I effectively: ✔️ Empower leaders with clear goals ✔️ Create inclusive talent management systems ✔️ Leverage technology for evidence-based strategies In a tech-driven future, embedding DEI into organizational values and strategy is essential for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent. Special thanks to the research team, including: Jean-Marc Laouchez, Annamaria Scaccia, Heather Barnfield, Emily Gianunzio, Saloni Shah, Laur Rossen, and the many advisors and contributors we had from the KF DEI practice. I'm grateful to our firm for conducting this research. Read the full report here 👇

As a Fractional CMO I help healthcare practices & business owners, CEOs & COOs attract new patients & customers & increase their company's value for potential acquisition.
🌍 Evolving Together: Building on DEI Foundations Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) have taken center stage in recent years. In addition, there has been backlash against this work. It has laid a solid foundation for what should come next. Now is the time to reflect on our progress and prepare for even more significant changes. 🔹 Acknowledging the Journey Each step forward in DEI was a learning opportunity, so we should appreciate the progress we've made so far. Even if imperfect, previous initiatives have opened doors for underrepresented voices by starting important conversations. 🔹 The Power of Diverse Perspectives Embracing diversity goes beyond just meeting quotas or creating policies. Our decision-making tables benefit greatly from recognizing the diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and viewpoints. We become more creative and innovative when we listen and learn from each other. 🔹 Continuous Improvement True inclusion is not a one-time project but a continuous commitment to growth and improvement. Questioning our biases, hearing feedback, and making the necessary adjustments are all part of it. This ongoing process ensures that everyone not only has a seat at the table but also feels genuinely valued and heard. 🔹 Unity and Strength Rather than splintering our efforts, let's work together. We enhance our collective strength by creating an environment where all individuals can thrive. Inclusion isn't just good ethics; it's sound business strategy. The diversity of thought and experience fuels breakthroughs and resilience against challenges. We must commit to a future where diversity is our strength, and inclusiveness is our pride. Creating an environment that recognizes and celebrates everyone's potential is possible when we work together. #InclusionMatters #DiversityAndInclusion #Leadership #FutureOfWork

Fact attack! 🎾The average U.S. corporate board is only 12% diverse. 😳That’s right, the average U.S. corporate board is 88% white. And yet: 🎾Ethnically diverse boards are 13% more profitable than boards that aren’t. Having a diverse board isn’t just the right thing to do, it's the profitable thing to do. Seems like a grand slam but there’s a learning curve. The proof is in the profits. E.L.F. BEAUTY has had 20 consecutive quarters of net sales growth and has a Board of Directors composed of 2/3 women and 1/3 diverse. We are 1 of only 5 public consumer companies that has grown for 20 straight quarters and averaged at least 20% sales growth per quarter. Join us in our mission to Change the Board Game as we work to create a more inclusive and equitable future for all. For more hard-hitting facts served by BJK herself, and info on how we're teaming up to bring more diversity to US corporate boards, go to: https://lnkd.in/gatQrB4F
