Embedded within the world of egocentric whims, being present becomes a difficult task, which deprives us of being empathetic and supportive towards others. The ability to perceive and, even more, to understand others' pain diminishes, and sometimes it vanishes.
Listening takes patience and a different level of skill, which is why not everyone is good at it. If they are listening, they care.
Maybe, but nobody can read your mind. Communication and learning how to express yourself to people is much more healthy and constructive. You should never silently suffer and expect others to automatically know you need/want them/their help. Please, speak up. Advocate for yourself. Say what you mean, and mean what you say. 💜

True care and deep connection enable someone to sense your unspoken emotions and needs. It implies that genuine concern and love allow a person to understand and support you even in your silence, perceiving your inner struggles and feelings without the need for words.
