The proposition of the second phase brings to life the kind of downtown Dublin has formally sought to cultivate in its downtown specific plan area since at least 2019, when it passed a conceptual plan that created the framework for large-scale redevelopment of the area. “In the 11 years I’ve been here, the community has always wanted the Main Street type of downtown that neighboring communities have,” Dublin’s deputy city manager Hazel Wetherford told the Business Times at the end of 2022. #dublinca #trivalley #eastbay #california #downtownredevelopment
