Cautionary note to Estate Agents: It appears in estate agency there is another fee war brewing. Under valuing your service will raise the expectation of the clients wanting more for less! Is that really the /business model you want to convey? If you are not backing yourself by asking a decent fee why are e you in the business of selling property? Give it a few months and you will be run around by too many clients and you will be moaning there’s too much work for what you ar e getting paid , too much stress being created because you have too many clients paying peanuts but you are doing twice the work to earn what you were!
