Please help us wish the greatest 8th anniversary to Jeff today! 🎉 A key member of our Leadership team and guiding force behind progress, process, and projects, Jeff gets the job done. As VP Operations, he takes a holistic view of the company while also being able to see individual strengths. He likes to challenge traditional thinking so we can find innovative ways to improve, but he's also grounded in reality. He stays focused on our team, our clients, and our goals, which sounds easy but can be very tough. He is our motivator, our guide, and even our comic relief when called for. Jeff, we wouldn't be the company we are without you. Thank you for 8 amazing years, and here's to even more! Thank you for all you do. #anniversary #employeeappreciation #informationtechnology #savannah #wemakeITclick

Leadership lessons that I learnt from my in-laws! 1. Success depends upon the relationships you create in your landscape- one-on-one and as a team. Anyone can create a mediocre life/career/marriage but to make it outstanding, go ALL IN with relationships at all levels! 2. Toxicity, politics, back-biting, gossips hollow the roots & infuse them with slow poison. Give no space to it. Say only those things behind a back that you can speak fearlessly about, in the front! 3. Embrace people as they are. Do not try to change anyone to fit into your world. Each player bring in a unique education, background, experience & story. Respect it, welcome it and leverage that to add to the existing team’s overall strength! 4. Do whatever it takes to make it happen. Sometimes it may mean leadership, guidance and decisioning; and sometimes jumping straight in to get your hands dirty with the details. No one is meant to be on bench. Every player needs to play their part amazingly well in the arena, for the team to win. It’s my in-laws 60th anniversary today! As I thank my 84 year olds for gifting me their son for life, As I feel blessed to have them in my life, Please join me to wish them myriad years of togetherness and love. They as leaders walk the talk for all of us in the family! #leadershiplessons #leadershipcoach #parents #leadershipdevelopment #shilpamurderingmediocrity

Exceptional leaders never overlook the power of appreciation. 🌟 In today’s testy tides, it's your team's unwavering commitment that keeps the ship afloat. They are the silent heroes behind the organization's resilience amidst adversity. Yet, are we doing enough to express our gratitude? Just remember, in these challenging times, every single teammate’s sacrifices count. Their tireless efforts deserve more than a pat on the back - they deserve acknowledgment, validation, and respect. Let's take a moment today. A moment to thank the quiet warriors of our organization. A moment to inspire them to reach greater heights as they realize their value. A moment that could spark effect of appreciation within your team.

Founder Helping You Grow | Follow for Daily Leadership & Growth Insights | Serial Entrepreneur | Ex-RBC
Becoming a father reshaped my leadership style. Fatherhood mirrors leadership - accountability, empathy, self-awareness. It's pure, it's transformative, it's indescribable. 17 years on, as we anticipate child number two, the excitement is tangible. This new chapter reaffirms that leadership, like fatherhood, demands constant growth. It's about protection, guidance, stability. It's about presence, being a role model, continuous learning, and growth. As we await the arrival of our newest member, I look forward to rediscovering the world through a child's eyes, strengthening family ties, and learning more invaluable lessons. Here's to a future full of joy, learning, and boundless love.

Leadership lessons from my 2-year old this week: Celebrate progress. She cheers for every single shot when we're watching golf coverage on TV. It doesn't matter if it was a good result or not. I was thinking about explaining about good shots and bad shots. But then I realized... every single shot was getting the player closer to the hole. Closer to the objective. My daughter was right... that SHOULD be celebrated. Even if the path to the objective wasn't the "right" right one, or had a few extra stops and misses along the way. You were still progressing. #golf #growth #celebratesuccess #operations #fulfillment #supplychain #d2cbrands

Hello there its Tuesday again and am so amped for today's conversation Last week we spoke about goals and how it requires actions for you to achieve them So today we will talk about celebrating small wins like compliments! Let me take you to a journey in your mind, how did you respond to the last award or compliment you received? We notice that most of the time we deflect the good feeling with words like ✅️ I ran out of time ✅️I did not finish the slides or it had errors ✅️ I was nervous ✅️ It was a team effort (while it is OK to acknowledge the team you worked with it doesn't mean you need to downplay the role you played The list goes on These are some of the things we need to work on in 2024 to achieve our goals and remove the barriers/Limiting beliefs that we have put on ourselves! That is it for today and as usual don't just wait for things to happen, make them happen Have a practical Tuesday won't you? #resilience #persistence #accountability #randominsights #tuesdaythoughts #impactbyimparting #thoughtleadership #leadershipinsights

Fatherhood has tremendously shaped my approach to leadership, especially in my role as Sales Manager at DOCOMO PACIFIC. Having two young kids has taught me that compassion isn’t just a soft skill; it's the cornerstone of effective leadership. In sales, it’s easy to get caught up in targets and numbers, but through fatherhood I’ve learned that there is so much importance in being able to see beyond that. It has taught me to lead with kindness and listen to the needs of each team member with empathy. Being a father has made me more patient, more understanding, and more supportive of my team through both their professional and personal challenges. As a result, it has allowed us to build trust and promote empowerment in our workplace. This has helped us to overcome many obstacles together and strengthen our synergy, helping us to meet our targets. So, to my fellow leaders and parents, I urge you to embrace the lessons of parenthood in each of your individual journeys. Use these lessons to help you lead with empathy and kindness. And remind yourself that the heart of leadership lies not in power, but in compassion. This Father’s Day, lead with your heart, and watch your team flourish. #CompassionateLeadership #FatherhoodAndLeadership #SalesManagerLife #LeadWithHeart

What a weekend we’ve had Picture this, a company weekend like no other. Team meetings that ignited sparks of inspiration, lunches that fortified bonds, and a thunderous 4th birthday party celebrating victories and resilience But let me tell you all, this story isn't just about celebration; it's about unleashing the warriors within our team In the battlefield of business, we are not merely captains steering the ship, but warriors leading by example In the crucible of leadership, one lesson rises above all: the unshakable dedication to looking after our team and training them to be the best they can be We have found that the more we invest in our team's growth, the stronger the bond becomes. As we build them up, they stand taller and more confident Together, we are forming an unbreakable unit, capable of facing any storm that comes our way This type of journey is not for the faint of heart. It demands relentless effort, discipline, and the willingness to embrace discomfort We have and will thrive in the face of pain, use the power of extreme ownership to take charge of our team's development and show them that greatness is not bestowed upon the chosen few but earned through sweat, tears, and the refusal to settle for mediocrity We will continue to train our team to be the best they can be, and together, we will conquer new frontiers, turning challenges into triumphs, and dreams into reality #WarriorLeadership #TeamBuilding #UnleashGreatness #DavidGoggins #JockoWillink #LeadershipLessons #BusinessWarriors
