Chief Executive, Author, Therapeutic Educational Consultant and Business Owner at Educational Planning and Counseling Serivces
One of the challenges in helping families make the right decision is knowing the family dynamics. Today's families are very complex and need direction from a trained professional. In the old days, educational consultants would simply decide about the placement without addressing the family's needs Critical to working with any families today is knowing their needs. and having a clear plan in place. The Breaking Code Silence Movement is continually shifting the need for individualized assessment and understanding the family dynamics. Programs and consultants must look at the entire picture including the ethnic diversity of children and their relationship with their parents. Biological parents are sometimes missing and combined with other factors, contribute to the correct placement. Educational consultants can play a vital role with helping families with "family coaching and counseling" Many of our kids today have many more complexities that need to be explored. They might have mental health needs and challenges, which were overlooked in the past. They need our direction, and we are committed to helping parents find the very best placement for their children no matter their age disability, or ethnicity. Isabella's story is one of the many stories on the #Breaking Code Silence, but we can help. Call us, when you need our help.
