Imagine this: 10 incredible women (ages 10 to 83), all geared up for a meticulously planned trip. Then life throws a curveball:  delayed flights and disrupted plans. Time for a quick pivot! I just returned from an extraordinary girls' family trip, an adventure across three generations that turned into a priceless lesson in flexibility and going with the flow. Among the chaos and lack of sleep, something wonderful happened.  We found joy in simple moments together. We laughed, painted pottery, enjoyed the great outdoors and created memories that will last a lifetime. These moments of connection, both young and old, were the real gems of our trip. This journey was more than a celebration; it was an embodiment of resilience, patience, and tolerance. My daughter, celebrating her 25th birthday, showed incredible leadership, stepping up to get the rental car and pick up our group when I was running on empty due to my flight getting in at 2AM and getting up at 4AM the following day! Her initiative was a powerful reminder of the value in trusting and leaning on each other, across generations. It mirrored so much of what I experienced in the ever-evolving world of real estate. 🏠 In real estate, as in life, things don’t always go according to plan. But it’s our ability to adapt, to find peace amidst chaos, and to build strong relationships that counts!
