What are you celebrating? 🥂    As entrepreneurs & high performers, it's easy to get stuck on what is still on the to-do list.     Often you'll tell yourself "I'll celebrate when I get to [X] milestone"    Sound familiar?     What *usually* happens though is once we hit that benchmark, we're already looking ahead at the next goal, and the three that follow from there.     But here's the thing: You're on a journey of a lifetime, refuelling is not only important, but vital to ignite the fire within towards your purpose.     Remember, every step is worth celebrating!     As the year will soon come to a close, it's time to recognize each win, each milestone, and each step you've achieved this year, no matter how little they might seem in the moment.     Here's what we are celebrating here over at Stellar Experiences:   - Moving across the country, planting our flag for Stellar Experiences and turning our passion into a medium by which we can direct purpose  - Empowering 8 rescued girls to have hope, desire and confidence towards having their own dreams and rebuilding their lives with free will   - Witnessing life-changing transformation first hand for 8 CEOs, who have already amplified the impact in their own communities  - Building meaningful connections with our partners here in the Rockies; partners who have shared values and are committed to excellence. Have you ever been in a position where you had to fight for what you believe in? Where you knew that in order to lead, you had to be ready to face some battles head-on? As the election of the Alumni Association approaches, I find myself constantly learning and observing. I take each day as an opportunity to gather valuable insights and prepare myself for the challenges that lie ahead. In this process, I have come to realize that every Alumni member is important. Each individual brings unique perspectives and experiences that can shape the future of our association. It is crucial that we listen, respect, and value the voices of all our members. But here's the thing - leading is not always easy. It requires tenacity, determination, and the ability to stand up for what you believe in. It means being prepared to face obstacles and overcome them, because our vision for the future is worth fighting for. So, as we approach the election, let us all remember that our actions and decisions can have a profound impact on the Alumni Association. Let us strive for transparency, fairness, and inclusivity in our processes. And most importantly, let us treasure the power of unity and collaboration. I am not joking with any data, and I am fully committed to serving our Alumni community. Together, let's create a future that we can all be proud of.
