As many of you know, Arizona's summer heat can be absolutely brutal. Especially for our industry. lately temperatures have been over 112 degrees and it's crucial we protect ourselves and the ones around us. Here are some key reminders: 1. Stay Hydrated 2. Take Shaded Breaks 3. Wear Proper Clothing Be on the lookout for symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke. If you or a coworker are experiencing confusion, rapid heartbeat, or fainting, seek medical help immediately. Let's look out for each other and ensure we all get through this heat safely. Stay alert, stay cool and stay safe!
