Here are FIVE STEPS to survive and thrive in hard times: 1️⃣ Stay focused and calm - Avoid panicking to think clearly. Take a walk, do something fun, or take deep breaths to refocus. 2️⃣ Gather data - Quickly collect information from diverse sources to make informed decisions. Listen to different perspectives. 3️⃣ Prioritize - Identify and tackle the most important task first. Don't let fear or small tasks hinder your progress. 4️⃣ Lean on your team - Collaborate and value diverse opinions. Recognize your blind spots and learn to view things from different perspectives. 5️⃣ Execute and experiment - Act swiftly, test different approaches, and adapt based on results.
