4w"My friend applied for the position of Medical Data Analyst. After undergoing a series of interviews, including a typing test, she was informed of her selection and instructed to submit her documents by the 19th of June. However, despite assurances, she was not kept informed of the progress. When she raised this concern with her brother, he contacted the company, and after his intervention, they informed her that her start date would be postponed to July. This is not the first time such miscommunication has occurred; a previous HR representative, Swapnaja Mohite, also displayed similar behavior. This inconsistency is deeply distressing, especially considering the dedication of medical professionals like my friend. I urge the management to address this issue promptly and provide an apology for the distress caused.
